Developer Withdraws 64 unit application

Today the STNC received a copy of the letter submitted by Milare Housing Investments to Michelle Singh at the LA City Planning Department officially withdrawing their application for a proposed 64 unit 100% affordable housing project. The letter cites the two appeals filed and community concerns. They intend to modify their design for 48 units that will not require any density bonus. Copy of letter is linked here.
